- Full-time, 8-hour shifts with a fixed schedule (up to 40 hours/week).

- Strong internet skills - Proficiency in navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
- Experience working in a fast paced, structured call center environment servicing customers through inbound and outbound virtual channels (phone and email).
- Private, distraction-free home office with a lockable door.
- MUST have a Smart Phone that can operate the most up to date operating system.
- High-speed hard wired ethernet internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload). Please note that you cannot use Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi Pods/extenders.
- No satellite internet connections.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 2 years of customer service experience required.
- 1 year of Call Center experience required.
- Prior experience in the Hospitality or Travel industries preferred.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening.
