
Analyst, Ownership Program and Incentive Compensation

- Participate in the administration of ownership programs (granting, tracking, communication, deadlines, etc.).
- Prepare and validate reports, dashboards, and analyses related to ownership and incentive compensation.
- Contribute to the drafting of communications intended for employees and managers.
- Support annual incentive compensation cycles.
- Assist in configuring tools for current and upcoming annual processes.
- Ensure program compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and Payroll teams to ensure data accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a large company or matrix environment.
- Good understanding of executive compensation principles and long-term incentive programs.
- Strong skills in Excel and proficiency with HR management tools (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors).
- Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, discretion, and ability to work collaboratively.
- Knowledge of accounting or tax standards related to equity compensation.
- Experience with long-term incentive program administration tools (e.g., Solium, Shareworks, EquatePlus).
- Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions.
