· Demonstrated background in achieving and/or exceeding quotas is required
· Understands the key to building a relationship begins with listening rather than just going after the sale
· Friendly, optimistic and positive in approach

· Committed to growth and learning specifically as it relates to product knowledge
· Flexible in working weekends in the store or at trade shows as needed
· Ability to help clients project manage, and be able to coordinate with different departmentsDay to day responsibilities include:· Support clients through their buying and decision-making process
· Learning and understanding of new product knowledge; demonstrating credibility with the product verbally and written
· Develop sales plans to build and execute on new relationships
· Process POS orders
· Work together as a team to best serve the client and their needs
· Look for ways and suggest ideas to become more efficientWhy Tile + Stone Source is right for you:· This is a base salary plus commission role, with a targeted income of $80,000. Current incumbents in this role have an annual income earning between $50,000 - $120,000+
