
CX Specification Specialist (AEM)

- Manage and execute email marketing automations to enhance customer journeys, such as Welcome Journeys, day-to-day customer journeys, and other tailored engagement touchpoints.
- Utilize Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Campaign Manager to design and deploy marketing initiatives aligned with the Brand Team's strategy.
- Partner with the Brand Team to ensure marketing strategies are translated effectively into actionable deliverables.
- Work closely with the Adobe Specialist to build out segmentation and personalization layers for campaigns.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in campaign programming and execution.
- Focus on key deliverables during the critical September to December period.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across departments while managing relationships and deliverables efficiently.
- Use WorkFront to manage workflows and maintain oversight on project timelines.
- 3-5+ years of experience in patient marketing, database marketing, CRM, marketing automation, account management, project management, or similar roles.
- Proficient in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Campaign Manager.
- Experience with project management tools such as WorkFront; familiarity with digital content workflows and supply chain management is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, digital communication, or business).
- Advanced degrees or certifications in project management or digital marketing are a plus.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects without being overwhelmed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of leading meetings and aligning cross-functional teams with a shared goal.
