Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?The Digital Exchange Lab is seeking a passionate, results-oriented and innovation Senior Product Owner to shape and scale our API and Open Banking platform. This is a high-impact role working at the forefront of financial services transformation. You will define and drive products that enable secure, client-permissioned data sharing, while influencing how Open Banking evolves across the industry. You will represent the Digital business and work closely with internal business partners and third party/industry participants & stakeholders to understand the overall client experience and business needs to develop a robust product strategy and continuous product delivery roadmap. You will deliver clear requirements to Designers and Engineers who will bring the vision to life. This role will directly shape how secure data exchange is delivered and scaled—positioning us at the centre of the evolving Open Banking ecosystem. You will help define not just products, but how the industry moves forward.What will you do?Set and own the product evolution and multi-horizon roadmap for Digital Exchange APIs and Open Banking capabilitiesDrive end-to-end product leadership, from opportunity identification through to delivery, adoption, and optimizationShape and influence ecosystem strategy, working with internal stakeholders and external partners to advance Open Banking capabilitiesLead complex, cross-functional initiatives across technology, design, risk, legal, and business teamsTranslate ambiguity into clarity, defining structured product requirements and prioritization aligned to strategic outcomesDefine success through measurable outcomes, establishing KPIs tied to adoption, value creation, and operational efficiencyWork with designers, management/executives, internal business partners, delivery manager, engineers and other subject matter expertsDefine the KPIs to measure the success of the productWhat do you need to succeed?Must have :Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline with 5+ years of product management/ownership experience, with demonstrated progression in scope and complexityStrong expertise in API-driven platforms, data ecosystems, and security considerationsExperience operating in complex, highly regulated environments (e.g., financial services, fintech, or adjacent industries)Advanced analytical skills with a track record of using data to inform product decisions and measure impactProven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across competing prioritiesExceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate vision and bring teams alongStrategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businessesNice-to-have:Direct experience with Open Banking frameworks, standards, or implementationsExperience working with external partners, regulators, or industry bodiesStrong understanding of Agile delivery in large, matrixed organizationsDemonstrated ability to build trust, influence culture, and lead through changeWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
