- Build partnerships with salons and spas to create referral and placement opportunities that grow your pipeline
- Attend community events and networking opportunities to increase your visibility and drive new leads
- Guide prospective students from first conversation through to enrollment, directly impacting your commission
- Partner with the admissions team to ensure a smooth and positive student experience
- Track outreach and results so you can clearly see your progress and success
- Identify new schools, businesses, and communities to expand your reach

- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or outreach
- Strong communication skills across in-person, phone, and written channels

- Experience in education, beauty, or community engagement
- Existing connections with schools or salons in Calgary
