Location: Waterloo, OntarioWhat you will be doing:Plan and launch new product development projectsBuild and manage cross-functional teams across multiple sitesTrack progress and report to senior managementIdentify and resolve resource conflicts and risksManage scope changes and ensure business objectives are metSupport product deployment and early-life performanceConduct project-specific performance reviewsContribute to capacity planning, technology roadmaps, and process improvementsPrepare and lead NPI (New Product Introduction) transitionsWhat you must have:Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degreeRequired: Engineering degree or equivalent experience in imaging hardware/softwareRequired: Strong leadership and communication skillsRequired: 2+ years in product development under structured project managementRequired: PMP designation and knowledge of PMBOKRequired: Experience with Microsoft Project and project management toolsAdvantage: Knowledge of SAP, NPI processes, and OEM business developmentAbility to manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesWillingness to travel for customer and vendor supportSalary/Rate Range: $100,000.00 – $120,000Thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
