- Portfolio Management: Manage daily transactions, prioritize business strategies, and drive revenue growth within the assigned portfolio of Treasury Solutions clients.
- Client Engagement: Support the Manager/Senior Manager in client interactions, conveying the value proposition of Treasury Solutions and focusing on sales models and value propositions.
- Support Activities: Assist in developing client plans, responding to client needs, and implementing sales strategies to ensure an exceptional client experience and drive revenue growth.
- Risk Management: Identify and escalate potential client/product risk concerns, supporting operational/transactional risk management and collaborating with CCG partners and Business Risk.
- Project Management: Coordinate, support, and complete treasury and operational reviews for strategic clients, managing multiple projects and priorities.
- This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional with a deep understanding of RBC's Treasury, Cash Management, and Deposit Products, as well as sales and relationship management expertise. - University/College education or equivalent work experience/certifications.
- 5+ years of banking and sales experience.
- Knowledge of cash management products and emerging industry trends.
- Sales and relationship management acumen.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and time demands.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Professional certifications, such as CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst).
- Experience with financial analysis, accounting, or banking systems.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and services.
- Familiarity with RBC's policies, procedures, and systems.
