
Marketing Specialist

- Collaborate with management to define event strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams on messaging, content, logistics, activation, and performance tracking for internal and external events (including on-site support when required).
- Adapt global content or create original content to support marketing campaigns. This may include value propositions, copywriting, press releases, webinars, success stories, internal articles, flyers, brochures, catalogs, video scripts, interviews, advertisements, social media posts, and other digital content.
- Lead product launch campaigns in close collaboration with product marketing managers.
- Lead the creation of marketing materials, including defining and maintaining common templates (e.g., ordering pages), while ensuring high-quality bilingual (French and English) content. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
- Propose innovative marketing ideas to reach target audiences, challenge established practices, and rethink traditional activities.
- Ensure message consistency and compliance with ABB’s brand guidelines and value proposition.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing, with a strong track record in delivering impactful and innovative campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Strategic mindset combined with practical experience in cross-functional project management.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, with a natural ability to build positive and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
- Proven ability to work effectively in ambiguity and adapt with agility in a constantly evolving environment.
- Knowledge of the electrical manufacturing industry and distribution channels is a strong asset.
- Availability and ability to travel up to 5% of the time (within Canada).
