WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to identify business opportunities and promote products or services.
- Prepare, review, and submit tenders, proposals, and quotations in accordance with client requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including engineering, project management, and finance—to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of technical and commercial offers.
- Analyze customer specifications, assess project risks, and recommend optimal solutions to secure contracts.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits, addressing technical inquiries from clients.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tender submissions.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, tendering, or a technical sales role, preferably within a relevant industry (civil engineering, construction, renewables, oil and gas, offshore, ports and mining)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and specifications.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- English, fluent proficiency verbal and written (French an asset)
- Experience with SAP is considered an asset
