One of our printing and consulting clients is looking for a Bilingual IT Help Desk
Length: Contract term is 6 months with possibility of extension
Location: Onsite, Winnipeg, Manitoba
Hours: Monday to Friday- 8 am to 6 pm- ability to work flexible hours

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide 1st level telephone IT help desk support
Become highly proficient with our internal software to assist our sales personnel
Qualifications:
SKILLS:
A driver's license and having a vehicle in their possession is a must in cases for onsite visitations for troubleshooting hardware
Fluently bilingual- English and French
Good communication skills
Good general business skills
Proficient with MS Windows
Capable of lifting equipment up to 30 lbs.EXPERIENCE:
Minimum: 1 year help desk experience
Basic knowledge and understanding of Hub, Switch, and Router, VPN, TCP and UDP, VNS, DLAN, NAT
Troubleshooting Network Connection Issue, Computer and other hardwareEDUCATION:
