Brief Description:Our employer is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who has worked within the insurance industry (P&C), but most specifically on Broker/Commission projects.Job Function:
  • Express a deep understanding of the Property & Casualty insurance industry, including intricate knowledge of broker compensation models, particularly contingent profit commission structures.
  • Perform commission calculations, compliance regulations, and the impact on sales strategies.
  • Manage projects involving the integration of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) with financial systems and incentive compensation management (ICM) platforms.
  • Utilize a working knowledge of data flows, reporting requirements, and potential integration challenges.
  • Plann, execute, and deliver projects within a sales and distribution context.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, develope detailed project plans, manage budgets, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Job Requirement:
  • P&C Industry Expertise and Broker Commission Structures: Deep understanding of the Property & Casualty insurance industry, including intricate knowledge of broker compensation models, particularly contingent profit commission structures.
  • This includes familiarity with the factors that influence commission calculations, compliance regulations, and the impact on sales strategies.
  • CRM and Financial Systems Integration: Proven experience managing projects involving the integration of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) with financial systems and incentive compensation management (ICM) platforms. This should include a working knowledge of data flows, reporting requirements, and potential integration challenges.
  • Project Management Proficiency in a Sales/Distribution Environment: Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and delivering projects within a sales and distribution context.
  • This should include experience managing cross-functional teams, developing detailed project plans, managing budgets, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
