  • Lead all aspects of retail operations including in-store performance, customer experience, and financial results
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue across physical retail and eCommerce platforms
  • Oversee merchandise buying, product development, and assortment planning aligned with brand and programming
  • Identify and expand licensing and partnership opportunities to enhance product offerings and revenue streams
  • Monitor KPIs, margins, and sales performance, using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and independent partners to secure strong product and margin outcomes
  • Ensure alignment between retail, marketing, and broader organizational initiatives
  • Oversee eCommerce operations, ensuring a seamless connection between online and in-store experiences
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure product availability, seasonal alignment, and operational efficiency
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team within a structured and
  • unionized environment
  • Maintain accountability for budgets, forecasting, and overall business performance
Requirements
  • University degree in Retail Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in retail operations, merchandising, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, profitability, and operational performance
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and analyzing performance metrics
  • Deep experience in merchandise buying, product development, and vendor negotiations
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing and developing teams
  • Experience working within a unionized environment is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and integrated retail operations
  • Experience with retail systems, analytics tools, and purchasing platforms
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to operate at both a strategic and hands-on level
Corporate Culture
  • Base salary range of approximately $126,000 - $149,000
