
Customer Service Representative / Data Analyst

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and explaining the best solution.
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Identify recurring issues and escalate to the appropriate teams.
- Assist with onboarding new customers and providing product or service guidance.
- Collect, clean, and analyze customer service and operational data
- Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs and service performance trends.
- Use data to identify process improvement opportunities and present operational metrics
- Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Operations, Product) to share findings and support business initiatives.
- Support ad hoc analysis requests from leadership.
