- Provide customers with product information to assist them in determining appropriate products
- Recommend additional products to meet customer needs
- Respond to customer requests and questions regarding technical issues, products and account information; analyzes and rectifies customer concerns using established procedures
- Track sales activities and maintain customer database using a CRM program
- Provide quotes, prepare proposals and enter orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow up with customer for quotes, reports, orders, etc.
- Coordinate with other departments to provide superior customer service
- Achieve an advanced understanding of Rittal products
- Other duties as assigned by the Inside Sales Manager
