- Define and lead the end to end data strategy for SAP implementation projects, including data migration, data quality, data governance, and master data management.
- Develop data roadmaps and execution plans aligned with program milestones, business requirements, and SAP deployment waves.
- Own data migration strategy and approach, including scoping, data object prioritization, transformation rules, validation frameworks, and cutover readiness.
- Collaborate with functional and technical SAP teams to ensure data structures, mappings, and transformation logic align with SAP design.
- Establish data governance standards, including data ownership models, stewardship processes, and data quality KPIs.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to define data requirements, harmonization rules, and master data standards.
- Oversee data profiling and assessment activities, identifying gaps, risks, and remediation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and privacy requirements across all data processes.
- Support cutover planning and execution, including mock loads, reconciliation, and postgolive stabilization.
- Provide leadership and guidance to data analysts, migration specialists, and business data owners.
- Hands-on experience with Syniti strongly preferred.
- Bilingual (French and English) speaking resources are preferred.
