Good understanding about Azure infrastructureProduction Monitoring: Utilize ELK Stack, Dynatrace, and CloudWatch to identify performance issues proactively and system failures before they impact users.Incident & Problem Management: Take ownership of production incidents reported via ServiceNow, providing timely updates and driving issues to resolution within established SLAs.Infrastructure Support: Troubleshoot and maintain services hosted on AzureData Query Optimization: Use SQL proficiency to perform deep-dive data analysis, debug backend issuesRelease & Deployment: Support application deployments and patching using Azure Pipelines, ensuring smooth transitions from staging to production.Collaboration: Maintain Jira dashboards for tracking bug fixes and enhancements, and work closely with cross-functional teams to improve system resiliency.
