Essential Duties/Responsibilities

High-level performance of drywall, taping, plaster, texture, and paint repairs
Installation, Finishing, Detailing, Preparation, Texture and Painting.
Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule as emergencies occur
Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.

Competency - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, One Drive)
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Excellent Communication skills with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently
Ability to pass and maintain a satisfactory background check
Ability to provide a clean 5yr Drivers Abstract
Ability to operate a vehicle safely
Stress Management and Composure
Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution
Maintain a level of confidentiality
Have the ability to work on rotation with an on-call schedule for emergencies
Ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders, standing for long hours.

Work EnvironmentThe employee will be constantly working outdoors and be exposed to outdoor weather conditions. The employee will occasionally be working indoors in the office. The employee will be exposed to air conditioning and heat.
