In this role, you'll go beyond crunching numbers, you'll build models, guide game systems, and influence how millions of players engage with the experience.What You’ll Be Working On

Dive into gameplay data to uncover trends, opportunities, and unexpected patterns
Model and fine-tune in-game economies and systems that impact player retention, engagement, and monetization
Configure internal tools for player segmentation, live ops, campaign management, and feature launches
Translate data into strategic insights for game designers, product managers, and senior stakeholders
Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance monetization, growth, and player satisfaction
Keep a close eye on product metrics and make data-driven recommendations that move the needle

What You Bring to the Table

A degree in Math, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field
5+ years of experience in systems design, game economy modeling, or data strategy, ideally in the gaming or tech space
A knack for working with large datasets and turning complexity into clarity
Strong communication skills: you can tell a compelling story with data
Highly self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Bonus points if you're a gamer at heart and understand how mechanics influence behavior
