Job Description :About the RoleWe’re hiring an IT Services Network Administrator to support internal operations and lead technical projects for commercial and industrial clients.This role combines systems and network administration with project-based infrastructure design. You’ll maintain daily IT operations, document and implement solutions, and support customer networks in collaboration with the operations team.What You’ll Do
  • Maintain IT systems: Active Directory, Microsoft 365, laptops, access control, and camera systems.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot networks, VLANs, switches, and connectivity issues.
  • Design and document network and systems architectures for internal and client projects.
  • Implement network monitoring and security measures to ensure uptime and reliability.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers during deployment and maintenance.
  • Manage documentation, SOPs, and change logs.
  • Support field staff and customers on installations and upgrades.
  • Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
Technology Environment
  • Networking: Routers, switches, VLANs, wireless, VPNs, basic firewall setup.
  • Systems: Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft 365, virtualization.
  • Connectivity: Fixed wireless, fiber/WAN, access control, security cameras.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–7 years in IT systems or network administration.
  • Strong grasp of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and core networking.
  • Experience with VLANs, switches, and network monitoring or security tools.
  • Clear communicator, confident working with clients and vendors.
  • Adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable in a small, fast-moving team.
  • Solid documentation and project coordination skills.
