- Work between 7am and 12 midnight (shifts may rotate every 4 weeks)

- Hands on training experienceResponsibilities
- Provide first-level system support to retail stores and home office users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to POS systems, PCs, networks, and more.
- Collaborate with other analysts to identify and resolve complex problems.
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience working in a tier 1 support or helpdesk role
- Bilingual (English and French) written and oral is mandatory
- Flexible availability (must be ok to work rotational shifts between 7 am and 12 midnight)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Adobe, and remote access software
- Experience with ServiceNow is an asset
- Experience with AS400 tech support is an assetSummary
