We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketing Sales Representative with up to 3 years of sales experience. While prior experience in the tech industry is not required, a basic understanding of IT concepts is essential. The rest will be covered through our comprehensive training program. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients and prospects.
- Engage with customers via phone and email to address inquiries and collaborate with internal teams like Sales & Marketing to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Build lasting client relationships through consistent, professional communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Continuously enhance your understanding of Pathway’s services and IT solutions.
- Up to 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the retail or consumer sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of IT and tools such as MS Word is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Natural curiosity and genuine interest in technology and innovation.
- Self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
