
Winter Co-op - Ship Integration and Test Engineer - Software Test

- Support functional testing of combat system software
- Support regression testing of combat system software.
- Develop test plans and procedures to verify software requirements in an Agile environment (DOORS/Jira/Redmine)
- Develop and execute tests using the Lockheed Martin Canada Inc. (Lockheed Martin) Automated Test Tool (Python/Linux)
- Document, assess, and test deficiencies using the Lockheed Martin defect tracking tool
- Participate in Release and Sprint planning, as required
- Proceeding in a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Computer Science or related engineering discipline
- Willing to support scheduling including evenings and weekends, as required
- Aptitude for solving challenging problems in a team environment
- High degree of initiative and autonomy
- Able to obtain North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Secret security clearance in a timely manner.
- Software test automation experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with Linux
- Familiarity with BASH and Python
- Familiarity with Subversion and/or Git
- Familiarity with Java and C++ is considered an asset
- Familiarity with Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) is considered an asset
- Experience with Agile Scrum methodology is considered an asset
