Salary: $85,000–$90,000 -Onsite roleNo third parties please, no C2C, only local candidates will be accepted.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead plant-level quality operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing inspection and testing from incoming materials through dock audit, maintaining ISO-compliant quality systems, leading audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal standards.The ideal candidate is a hands-on quality leader with strong technical expertise, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the QA team, including hiring, training, performance management, and corrective actionsOwn and maintain the plant Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015)Lead internal and external audits (ISO, customer, regulatory) and manage certification renewalsOversee product testing, inspections, MRB activities, and non-conformance resolutionChampion customer complaints and supplier quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actionAnalyze quality data, identify trends, and drive defect reduction initiativesEnsure calibration, MSA/GRR, SPC, and statistical controls are effectively implementedPrepare quality reports, certifications, and customer compliance documentationAct as the plant “voice of the customer” on all quality-related mattersSupport continuous improvement projects across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and InventoryPromote a strong safety culture and participate in all Health & Safety initiativesQualificationsPost-secondary diploma or degree in a related fieldMinimum 5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environmentPrior supervisory or management experienceFormal training and hands-on experience with ISO 9001:2015 and internal auditingStrong working knowledge of quality tools (SPC, MSA, root cause analysis, Lean)Experience with industry standards and regulatory requirementsProficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel required)Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skillsWhat’s OfferedCompetitive salary based on experienceComprehensive benefits package.
