Starting Rate of pay: $22.60/hourThe rate will be $1 less during the probation period of 600 worked hours.Shifts Available and Hours:New employees will be assigned shifts based on the following production schedule:
  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Please note: Current needs are mostly for evening and overnight shifts.Job Responsibilities:
  • Pack aluminum profile and prepare them for shipment.
  • Operate industrial extrusion or packaging machines (training provided).
  • Check order details to ensure the correct number of pieces with the required dimensions are delivered.
  • Always comply with health, safety and environmental regulations.
  • Inspect materials to ensure quality control.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
Additional requirements:
  • Flexibility to work on any of the three production shifts outlined above.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Comfort working in a hot manufacturing environment.
  • Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
