- Ensure that superior customer service is delivered at all times to customers and be able to collaborate with internal departments successfully as a team player
- Process registerable assets for sales. Will work closely with the operations team of inspectors and equipment specialists to assist with VIN verification procedures
- Communicate with consignors and sales staff regarding required information
- Track interactions relating to customer requests and proactively report areas of customer concerns.
- Resolve issues and track interactions relating to customer accounts.
- Provide information related to past and upcoming auctions and equipment.
- Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customers.
- No previous auction experience required
- Previous in-person customer service work experience
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Experience using computers, and able to learn to use new technology and software
- Excellent keyboarding skills for data entry
- A commitment to providing fantastic customer service
- Able to work well and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations
- A friendly, outgoing, patient personality
