- Manage the end-to-end production process of design projects, from intake to final delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and client expectations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including copywriters, designers, and other studio team members, to gather project requirements, establish project priorities, and allocate resources accordingly.
- Assign tasks and projects to the design team members, balancing workloads and ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, providing updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating effective communication between stakeholders.
- Implement and streamline production processes and workflows in Adobe Workfront, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring efficiency and scalability within the studio.
- Establish, maintain, and archive accurate records of all project interactions in Adobe Workfront
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring projects stay on schedule.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather project briefs, clearly communicate expectations, and provide guidance on design concepts and timelines.
- Lead and support in new stakeholder and external agency on-boarding and training.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, while maintaining a high level of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Support in execution and adaptation of production design work as required.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management, business, marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
- You have 3+ years of experience managing graphic design projects, with proven experience as a Production Coordinator or in a similar role.
- You are bilingual in French (Canadian) and English.
- You have a strong understanding of the creative design process and experience working closely with graphic teams.
- You have experience with Adobe Workfront (preferred).
