- Support the execution of market studies related to intelligent transportation systems
- Conduct feasibility studies on various technological approaches, considering technology capabilities, past ITS deployment experience, costs, and regulatory and standards requirements
- Contribute to the preparation of tender documents, analyze bids, and develop decision summaries for contract awards by governing bodies
- Assist in report preparation and support the team during business and project meetings: prepare technical reports and presentations, take notes, and produce technical meeting minutes
- Participate in field surveys and oversee electrical and/or telecommunications work
- Contribute to research and development: engage in research to identify new solutions or improvements in the ITS field
- Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) or in the process of becoming one
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the field
- Excellent writing skills in French
- Bilingual (English/French): bilingualism is essential for this engineering role to ensure effective collaboration with various stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory agencies across the country
