- 10+ years (real time) work experience in testing software, of which 8+ years using UI automation, including building new frameworks, UI testing, database, batch, API, performance, and load testing.
- Significant experience in developing automation test strategies, test plans and road maps for test automation.
- Significant experience with test automation and performance tools such as Katalon Studio, Selenium, Playwright and LoadRunner
- Experience working in Curam and/or claims management systems
- 5+ years' experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Experience working with Azure DevOps or a similar tool to maintain tasks, manage backlogs, maintain test case repositories, etc.
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training and certification such as SAFe Practitioner, or a commitment to undertake training and obtain certification within 2 months from commencement of work.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)
- Analyzing and understanding requirements to prepare test strategies and plans, including test estimates.
- Creating test plans, test cases and test data.
- Automation scripting and testing (UI automation / Performance / API testing / CICD).
- Creating an automation framework for a complex project with heavy use of screens and API, using Selenium, Katalon Studio and Playwright.
- Reusing and combining IT and Business test scenarios and test cases.
- Reporting test results including defects / bugs, including steps to reproduce, screenshots, impact and severity and exposing in a QA Dashboard.
- UAT triage support, coordinating between the business areas.
- Investigation and root cause analysis of production incidents.
- QA feature lead on CMS initiatives.
- Working within an Agile/DevOps software development environment.
- Providing feedback to improve team performance.
- Mentoring QA team members.
