- Conduct detailed reconciliations of accounts and schedules to ensure financial accuracy.
- Prepare daily cash and bank reports with precision and timeliness.
- Collaborate with various departments to address discrepancies and enhance accounting processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries and accruals.
- Perform variance analyses and provide insightful explanations to management.
- Provide documentation and support during annual external audits.
- Maintain organized records of all accounting-related documents and files.
- Offer backup support to the accounting team as needed.
- Contribute to special projects and handle ad hoc reporting tasks as required
- Proven experience with account reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations and daily reporting practices.
- Expertise in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Familiarity with developing and implementing accounting policies and internal controls.
- Ability to analyze financial variances and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing and filing accounting documents.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes.
- Proficiency in supporting external audits and preparing necessary documentation.
