- Professionally manage customer calls and emails in both languages.
- Process inquiries and product returns.
- Enter and update customer information in databases.
- Follow up on orders and deliveries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a Customer Service Representative role or a similar position.
- Expert-level bilingualism in French and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent command of the MS Office 365 suite.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Proven ability to solve problems proactively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Autonomy and a self-starter attitude.
