- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on order status and escalations.
- Create and update Repair Orders (ROs) in eMRO, monitor vendor TAT and escalate delays. Process tooling repair orders and calibration
- Support shipping/receiving operations and backlog clearance. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits. Prepare
- Update min/max levels and reorder points in planning systems. Assist with inventory planning data preparation and UAT activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, MCC, Heavy Maintenance) to prioritize material flow.
- Source and expedite critical parts for grounded aircraft. Coordinate urgent shipments and courier arrangements. Maintain AOG
Must Haves
- 1-3 years of experience in aviation supply chain, logistics, or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRO systems (eMRO, Aeroxchange) is an asset.
