- Present and sell protection plans and insurance products
- Assist customers with credit applications and paperwork completion
- Work with lenders to secure approvals and competitive financing options
- Ensure all deal files are completed and submitted for funding
- Maintain a professional and organized work environment
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Collaborate with the F&I team to support each other during time off
- Train and support staff on finance and insurance processes
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize revenue opportunities
- Experience as an F&I Manager in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of financing, insurance products, and sales processes
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and profitability goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- PBS and Symtech DAVE experience is a plus (not required)
- OMVIC License (required)
