Responsibilities include but are not limited to: identifies existing client needs and educates client of other available insurance products, encourages the sale of company products, and applies superior client relation skills, promoting a superior company image.
  • Full-Time Permanent career working out of our Winnipeg Head Office location.
What you will bring to the role –
  • Level 2 Insurance License and working towards a CAIB designation.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in commercial insurance is a definite asset.
  • Current knowledge in all aspects of commercial property is required as well as good understanding in specialty lines.
  • Ability to multi-task and interact in a professional manner with clients, colleagues, and operational functions.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make the necessary decisions to move forward the work at hand.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under minimal daily direction.
  • Proficient computer skills with Broker Management Software Systems.
