Lead business development efforts within the rail sector, identifying and pursuing new opportunities
Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across North American rail networks
Develop and execute territory sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
Report directly to the Sales Manager and contribute to forecasting and pipeline management
Utilize ERP systems to track sales activity, manage accounts, and support operational efficiency
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in sales or business development within the rail industry
Strong understanding of rail sector dynamics and customer needs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Experience with ERP systems is considered an asset
Ability to work independently in a remote capacity
