This role provides the opportunity to learn how business operations function from the inside out and contribute to meaningful projects that make a real impact.This position is in-office, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. from May 4th 2026 - August 28th 2026Here’s What We Offer You:

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater
  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary co-op program
  • Proficiency in the Google Suite
  • Willingness to learn new systems and technologies
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
  • Map current construction/fabrication workflows (bids, RFQs, RFIs, change orders, daily reports,
QA/QC) and identify AI automation opportunities. * Design and build LLM‑based workflows and agents for tasks like document classification,metadata extraction, knowledge retrieval, and report generation. * Implement RAG pipelines over internal docs (contracts, scopes, procedures, drawingssummaries, lessons learned) using vector search and metadata. * Integrate AI services with existing tools (e.g., Google drives and workspace, CADWorx,scheduling P6, via APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms. * Build, test, and maintain production‑grade services (APIs, workers, orflows) with proper logging,monitoring, and alerting. * Evaluate and tune prompts, retrieval quality, and workflows using real project scenarios andstakeholder feedback. * Ensure security, access control, and compliance for sensitive projects and commercialinformation. * Train users, document solutions, and provide second‑line support when workflows fail or needrefinement.
