Our company’s success is driven by our dynamic, highly skilled and innovative management team, supported by dedicated employees who live in coastal communities and contribute to the local area’s economy and sense of community.The RoleAs a result of our robust growth, we are adding a Yard & Inventory Supervisor to our team of professionals.Key Responsibilities:Yard Operations & Equipment Handling
  • Launch and offload vessels safely and efficiently.
  • Operate telehandlers, forklifts, and trailers as needed.
  • Load and unload supplies for vessels.
  • Offloading feed trucks and loading feed for delivery vessels.
  • Move and stage equipment as required.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, safe, and efficient yard & wharf area.
Inventory Management & Logistics
  • Manage incoming and outgoing shipments of nets, ropes, hardware, and other supplies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment stored in the yard.
  • Coordinate logistics of aquaculture nets to and from contracted wash and repair facilities, ensuring timely delivery and retrieval.
  • Oversee gear (PPE) inventory, including coordinating pickups/deliveries, and restocking as necessary.
  • Manage inventories for diesel, oil, degreasers, and other consumables to prevent shortages.
  • Maintain inventory lists for consignment items, including rope, chain, hardware, and other materials.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Prepare and process invoices for consignment items, equipment, and shipments.
