SRA Staffing is the exclusive recruitment partner for a North American ERP software leader focused on the construction and service sectors. This firm is part of a larger software consortium with a deep bench of shared resources, industry leadership, and internal career mobility.
We're hiring an Account Executive with 3–10 years of software sales experience to join their Construction Division. You'll be responsible for driving net-new business through a mix of outbound prospecting and inbound campaign follow-up. The company's customers range from Construction, electrical, and HVAC contractors across North America in the SMB space.
This is a growth role for someone who thrives in a structured sales environment, has confidence navigating B2B sales cycles, and enjoys working in a verticalized ERP market.What You'll Be Doing
Sales Execution
- Conduct discovery, and deal management across the full sales cycle
- Follow up on warm leads from email campaigns, webinars, and trade shows
- Build your own book of business via outbound prospecting and referral networks
- Use CRM (Salesforce) to track lead stages, activities, and forecasting
- Target: first year Quota ranges from 400K USD ++
- Expected ramp: 0–3 months, aiming for 1+ closed deals/month post-ramp
- Work closely with Product Specialists during demo and solutioning stages
- Align with Marketing and Partner teams on lead generation and follow-up
- Contribute to campaign feedback, win/loss analysis, and competitive positioning
- Participate in ~2 weeks/year of trade shows, client events, or conferences
- Attend monthly team sessions in Markham (travel supported for remote hires)
- 3–10 years of experience in SaaS, ERP, or vertical software sales
- Track record of full-cycle sales ownership (prospecting through close)
- Familiarity with long-tail B2B sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals
- Excellent communication, objection handling, and consultative selling skills
- Industry experience in construction, field services, or accounting systems is a strong asset
- Comfortable using CRM and sales enablement tools; highly organized and self-driven
