Our client is seeking a talented and driven Revenue Accounting Manager to join their expanding finance team. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership, ensuring compliance, optimizing processes, and providing guidance to finance professionals across the organization. Key responsibilities:

Oversee the review and interpretation of complex customer contracts to ensure revenue is recognized accurately under IFRS 15
Create clear, well-documented accounting positions and memos to support key revenue decisions
Collaborate with finance teams across the organization to determine the correct revenue treatment for various products and services
Identify opportunities to streamline the contract review process, improving both accuracy and efficiency
Support the ongoing development and enhancement of revenue accounting policies and practices
Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors on revenue matters, addressing inquiries and ensuring compliance

CPA designation completed or currently in progress
Minimum 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
Strong technical accounting skills
Advanced Excel skills
Prior management experience is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

$85,000 - $105,000 annual salary range
