Provides program support under the direction of Director Programs and Patient Services.
Demonstrates ability to provide continuous quality services.
Working in a confidential capacity, provides support to the Director Programs and Patient Services for all matters pertaining to program.
General office routine: collects and routes mail and interoffice correspondence, photocopying, filing, etc.
Initiates appropriate requisitions for Departmental supplies not on carousel, equipment and maintenance repairs and capital equipment purchases.
Participates in current professional groups, reading and attendance at workshops and seminars related to position.
Experience
A minimum of one year of experience in the health care field required.
Demonstrated proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
Completion of a recognized Medical Secretarial Course required.

Demonstrated strong listening, verbal and written communication skills, complemented by good problem-solving skills required.
Demonstrated experience in organizing and coordinating multiple projects concurrently required.
The ability to perform the position on a regular basis.
