- Partner with audit leadership, technology teams, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of change initiatives that enhance audit effectiveness and efficiency.
- Lead and manage the people side of change associated with data and digital initiatives, including changes to business processes, systems and technology.
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
- Collaborate with project and program managers to integrate change management activities into broader project plans.
- Conduct impact analysis, stakeholder assessments and change readiness evaluations.
- Drive effective communications and engagement strategies across the audit department to ensure awareness, understanding and adoption of digital tools and capabilities.
- Support training efforts by identifying training needs, supporting the development of content and ensuring effective delivery.
- Measure and report on change progress and success metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Experience of change management within business and technology teams.
- Experience with re-engineering/lean/digital transformation of end-to-end journeys at scale, using multiple process improvement levers/technologies.
- Knowledge of project management principles and system development lifecycles.
- Being comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to work with well with teams, particularly ones that span different reporting lines, cut across multiple teams and geographies.
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making.
- 5+ years of experience in a Change Management or Transformation role leading implementation programs in consulting or financial services industry driving transformation changes or continuous improvement programs within the team.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting/Computer Science/Information Systems or other quantitative discipline.
- Effective collaboration and partnership capabilities and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Very strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines and proven experience in working with large cross functional teams will be a plus.
- Strong sense of ownership and bias to action and decision making.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
