Performs services on assigned products including safes / chests, vaults, safe deposit boxes, after-hours depository, mechanical and electronic locks, general locksmithing, vacuum air tubes - including under-counter teller equipment - and security vestibules. Responds to service calls in an accurate and timely manner.Responsibilities: * Responds to service calls and performs a full range of maintenance related duties on assigned products.

Plays a lead role in provision of basic services, including: Cleaning, drilling and lock replacement for safe deposit boxes and under counter teller equipment.
Maintaining bolt work and time locks on safes, chests and vaults.
Maintaining ATM Cencon locks and mechanical and electrical combination locks.
Providing key duplication and lock core replacement.
Maintaining after-hour depositories, VAT unites, drive-up windows, drawers and sliding windows.
Handles customer calls, asking questions and actively listening to ensure understanding of reported issues / concerns.
Schedules time on customer premises and may attend customer meetings and delivery training to ensure operational understanding and product optimization.
Maintains proper inventory levels to reduce excess inventory and return visits due to missing / incorrect parts.

Qualifications:Required Qualifications

Education or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Service Operations Security.
Good business English skills (Written and spoken).

The annual base salary range for this position is 65,000 to 71,000.Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation.
