- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across Canada and international markets, focusing on premium fashion retailers, boutiques, department stores, and specialty accessory shops.
- Represent at trade shows, as well as at key industry events and client meetings. Lead pre-show outreach and post-show follow-ups.
- Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and strategic partnerships.
- Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, distributors, and retail partners to ensure continued success and satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on product lines, seasonal collections, competitive activity, and emerging industry trends.
- Work closely with design and merchandising teams to align product development with market needs and client feedback.
- Contribute to building efficient processes. Recommend tools and workflow improvements to support team efficiency and growth.
- Help shape the structure and culture our expanding sales organization by contributing excellent leadership, insights, and collaborative energy.
- Have a seat at the executive level meetings
- 5+ years of sales and business development experience, preferably in the apparel, accessories, or lifestyle industries. Deep understanding of market trends, seasonal cycles, product lifecycles, and consumer behaviour
- Skilled in developing and executing domestic and international sales strategies, including lead generation and full-cycle sales management. Expertise in identifying new business opportunities and emerging trends to drive growth.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, such as design, merchandising, marketing and finance, ensuring alignment between sales goals and brand direction.
- Demonstrated track record of securing, growing, and managing key accounts, achieving sales targets, and driving consistent revenue growth.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for trade shows, client meetings, and industry events. Infrequently but occasionally.
