Bridge Engineer
Associated Engineering

- Preparation of proposals, design criteria, preliminary designs, detailed engineering design and specifications, and reports
- Technical guidance and mentoring of project team members including other engineers, and technical support staff
- Liaison with clients, government and regulatory authorities, and contractors
- Developing and enhancing client relationships and assisting with project management activities
- Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or an associated discipline from an accredited post-secondary institution
- 10+ years of relevant experience gained in a professional engineering setting
- P.Eng. in good standing with Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba
- Experience in the preparation of construction drawings, design calculations, cost estimates, and tender documents
- Experience in contract administration and construction inspection
- Experience in project management and project coordination
- Ability to write technical reports and proposals
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and schedules
- A Master's degree in Structural Engineering is a preferred asset
- Possess a valid class 5 driver's license.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
