Profit Sharing: After two years of service, we will consider profit-sharing, to allocate a percentage of the

Job Description:
Qualifications:
P.Eng with 10 - 15 years' of municipal civil engineering experience will be considered.
Consideration will also be given to EIT's with suitable experience.
Must have hand-on experience:
Design water supply systems.
Design sewer systems.
Design of site grading & drainage.
Design of Dirt /Gravel Roads, Rural Roads, Local Roads, and Collector Road.
Design of linear pipe design including water distribution, wastewater collection, stormwater management,
drainage systems.
Design of Municipal potable water distribution and wastewater collection systems.
Design of Non-Municipal potable water distribution including water wells.
Design of Non-Municipal wastewater treatment systems including holding tanks, septic tanks, septic fields,
leachate ponds etc.
Computer modeling experience (SewerGEMS, WaterCAD, PCSWMM, etc.).
Experience in using design software's : Civil 3D, SSA (Storm & Sanitary Analysis) Module in Civil 3D, Water
CAD, Sewer CAD, Storm CAD, Hydra CAD etc.
Experience in Residential, commercial and industrial developments.
Working knowledge of water and wastewater treatment systems - Experience in design of treatment plants
is not mandatory.
Basic Structural Design.
This is an intermediate to senior position involving working in a team environment on all aspects of projects from
preliminary engineering to construction completion. Some of the responsibilities include:
Detailed design.
Cost estimating.
Prepare and review reports, proposals, expressions of interest, project scoping, design drawings,
specifications, contract documents and cost estimates.
Ensure applicable standards, quality assurance and quality control procedures are followed during the
design and construction process.
Prepare and oversee cost management of engineering and construction budgets.
Other duties as required.
The applicant must be responsive, self-driven, self-motivated, possess excellent written and verbal communication
skills.
The successful candidate will play a key role in design. The position requires a broad range of skills and experience
in a wide variety of water resource projects.
